I believe in a balanced, practical approach to health that will have you feeling your best, by improving your diet, energy levels and lifestyle – all, without relying on willpower, food fads, negativity, guilt or denial.

When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you deserve? It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional.

I create a supportive environment that will help you to focus deeply on what you REALLY want for your health – what your ‘health goals’ are. We’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of change for you and what excuses you are telling yourself. We’ll work together to formulate a step-by-step bespoke programme that suits you, your lifestyle and your individual needs.



YES – I’ll help you find your ideal weight (and stay there!), but my approach is NOT to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is NOT to create lists of restrictions or ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding and free from denial and discipline.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as reducing food cravings, improving your sleep, maximising energy and of course finding your optimal weight. Gradually, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and make lasting changes that you will happily stick to because, quite simply, you like how much better you feel.



I’ll encourage you to really listen deeply to your body. With me you’ll learn how to interpret the cravings and other messages your body whispers to you, and how to understand what you need in order to function at your fullest potential…giving you the energy, focus and hormonal balance that you yearn for.

There simply isn’t one diet that works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, sustainable changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

I practise a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.



Why am I so committed to helping you? I know what it’s like to be in your position, because I have been there myself. It’s a tough place to find your way out of, but having someone knowledgeable there to hold your hand, hold you accountable and provide support can make the world of difference.
