My approach is all about making good choices about food rather than getting bogged down with diets, denial and willpower.
I will encourage and support you to stop fighting with yourself and try to listen to what your body is asking for (even if its a sugar craving) and then seek out a healthy way to satisfy it. The secret is to find things that satisfy your sweet tooth, but aren’t just empty calories because your body is getting some really nutritious stuff too.
