I currently offer three or six month programmes to clients who are interested in making serious, sustained changes to their health and wellbeing.
These coaching programmes comprise TWO individual sessions per month either in person (Hampshire/West Sussex) or via phone/Skype.
During these sessions I will support you to:
- set and accomplish goals in a way that is empowering and exciting
- learn to balance your blood sugar levels by eating sensibly
- understand and reduce your cravings
- increase your energy levels
- feel great in your body
- learn about new foods and how you can easily incorporate them into your diet
- improve your personal relationships
- work to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
- discover the confidence to create the life you want
Your programme includes:
- two 45 minute sessions per month
- Personalised session notes and recommendations
- e-mail support between sessions
- recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
- coaching and support to help you to make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
- informative handouts that will increase your health knowledge
- a variety of additional resources to support your progress
- my personal commitment to your health and success
I only take on a small number of clients at any one time as this work is highly individualised and intensive.
Programme cost is £170 per month (six month commitment) or £180 per month (three month commitment).
I also offer one-off sessions at £99 if you have a particular issue you would like some support with, but don’t want to commit to a full coaching programme.
